Liege Waffles
Gotta love the global village. Especially when it brings us closer to the gourmet Belgian waffles Motti Thaler creates at his Denver factory. Thaler moved here more than a decade ago bringing along his iron and some traditional recipes from his homeland. His sweet, doughy waffles sell frozen at area stores, delis and coffee houses. There's a list of retailers on the website.
